We 'float' through the day on mind power or 'float away' from the physicality of our existance through one kind of addiction or another, never fully inhabiting our bodies, never truly being born into this earth...
Hatha yoga is one of the best tools to help us create and hold the space where we can begin to heal this split.
The moment we step onto our mats, could be the moment we begin to change our lives and the way we relate to ourselves, taking responsibility for becoming consciously rooted in the nature of our bodies, from where we can begin to change the way we relate to all other things....
